  • Please clearly mention any specific terms and refund policies in the description so as your customers are fully aware.

  • Provide contact number and email ID or use our dedicated manager support for the customers to be able to contact for any query resolution and support.

✔ Post Order

  • Additional information which is important for the customer after buying the product must be mentioned in the product description. Please try to provide all the necessary information beforehand as far as possible. 

  • Please communicate to the customer for continuous real time update status for the delivery of a physical product or for any changes in event or service.

  • If your customers create a service or support ticket then add specific action comments to it to ensure that they get the desired solution. 

  • In case you cannot resolve it, issue a refund to them.
